jtdagger Report post Posted 03/22/2005 03:15 AM I am using VG's outbound dialing feature and will need to start making lots of long distance calls in the near future. Is it possible to use VoIP for outbound calls? If so, is there any information about how to get started with this. Specifically, what hardware is required and some recommended service providers? If this is not possible, what other options do I have for limiting the expense of outbound long distance calls? I assume this is something that many others have dealt with before. Thanks, Jon Share this post Link to post

jtdagger Report post Posted 03/22/2005 12:47 PM I'm not sure at this point. I would love to have VG recommend some providers that you have worked with. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/22/2005 11:15 PM Looks like at this stage we have only tested in situations where the media gateway (mainly Cisco ones) were on-site. Have not as yet verified operation with VoIP providers like BTN Access etc. Share this post Link to post
