Outgoing Email In Html Format

I use the outbound email que to send messages as attachments to a set group of users. I would like to be able to send the email out with HTML formatting instead of just plain text. Is there a way to accomplish this?

 

Currently, I use my ISP's smtp server to send out the e-mails.

Just specify the HTML encoded text as the body of the email...
