pedgarhi Report post Posted 03/29/2005 11:01 AM Hi. I'm working with VoiceGuide 5.2.3053 and Dialogic's System Release 5.1.1 SP 1. Besides, I'm using a D/4PCIU board. I have configured the Dialogic Service for detecting the disconnect tone generated by my PBX and I have configured a TSF file too but, in spite of all, VoiceGuide is not detecting the hang up until about 30 seconds later. I need that the hang up was detected almost immediately. Any idea? Thanks. Share this post Link to post
