sterlingsvc Report post Posted 03/31/2005 11:13 PM Help, as I guess I do not understand how to install TAPI drivers. I have Dialogic d/4pciuf and I get the screen below when I follow the instructions (below below). I am using eval version of the Intel SR 6.0 software. (All of the different line devices shown in VoiceGuide show "Device doesn't support any voice features." The line devices are: RAS PPPoE line 0000, RAS VPN line 0, WAN Miniport (L2TP), LPT1T.) The "advanced" tab of the phones and modems tabs shows the following: Microsoft h.323 telephony service provider, Microsoft HID phone TSP, Microsoft Multicast Conference TAPI Service Provider, NDIS Proxy TAPI Service Provider, TAPI Kernel Mode Service Provider, and Unimodem 5 Service Provider. When I click "add" I see only: Microsoft Windows Remote Service Provider. What to do? I just want to use VoiceGuide's IVR functionality and be able to transfer calls from one POTS line to another. Guest Alejandro Report post Posted 04/06/2005 12:30 PM I have the same problem. TAPI drivers don't appear on the dialog box of advanced properties of phone options on the control panel. I have rebooted the server more than once. Thanks, Alejandro Share this post Link to post
