pedgarhi Report post Posted 04/01/2005 12:43 PM I'm working with "VoiceGuide for Dialogic". I'm doing several announced call transfers in my script, but the program is not always retrieving the call. Could you tell me why? I attach the log file. Thanks. 0330vgm__hookflash_transfer_.txt Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/01/2005 01:46 PM There are a few different transfers captured in that trace. Please indicate which one we should be looking at, and provide information on what the recipient of the transfer did and what they and original caller heard afterwards... Share this post Link to post
pedgarhi Report post Posted 04/05/2005 07:57 AM In the trace, the sequence of transfers is to numbers 16734, 16735, 16737 and 16719. The problem happened when transferring call to numbers 16734 and 16737. The recipient didn't pick up the phone or picked up the phone and did nothing but listening to the message (without pressing any key). In the other side, the caller heard that the transfer attempt took too long because there were two transfer attempts instead of one before retrieving the original call. I have noticed that if the recipient picks up the phone and then hangs up, the original call is retrieved successfully. Share this post Link to post
