Garcia Report post Posted 04/06/2005 08:03 PM Our VG either hangs-up without answering on the first call or after two rings it also hangs-up; however, when you make a second call it works fine. I tested it several times and it always worked fine when you called the second time. I went ahead and rebooted the server and everything works normal for a few days until it starts doing it again. Is the problem is that I need to reboot the server often or is something that needs to be reset? Please advice as to what might be the cause as this is happening more often. Many thanks, Efrain B. SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/06/2005 09:47 PM Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going on. When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call. You can enable the automatic saving of the logs to files in \log\ directory as well. Share this post Link to post
