Guest chinsang Report post Posted 04/08/2005 10:16 AM Hi Sir/Madam, I'm planning to setup a call center & wondering if you could advise what are the hardware/software required. Current setup : 1. An ATA phone connected to ADLS and Registered with Voip service provider. 2. Few PSTN phone lines . Plan : Planning to setup a call center whereby people can call from outside to call venter via the PSTN phone, and then routed to the ATA for oversea call. PSTN Phone --> Call Center PSTN Phone -->ATA/Voip --->Oversea call Need a device/system that in between the call center PSTN phone & ATA phone that can handle incoming call (PSTN) from public and transfer the call to ATA phone. This system should be able to recognize caller ID, give instruction to caller to dial in the oversea destination number, time logging & some other basic telephony programming & control. Would appreciate if you could recommend what are the basic software/hardware required and the pricing. Would be great if a std package solution is available. Thanks. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/08/2005 11:38 AM You would probably need the VoIP version of VoiceGuidealong with a media gateway for the analog lines. Please email sales for pricing of the VoIP version of VoiceGuide. Share this post Link to post
