Voice guide just think this is Answer Machine. The Dialoigc card informs VG what answered the call - and on poor quality lines it will sometimes mistake a human for an answering machine. Can I Make voice guide detect the call by "ringback has gone away" then play the wave file ?? The 'ringabck goes away' timer is set by Dialogic to be something like 8 seconds... it is not a practical way of determining call answer. For immediate answer notifications it's best to use a T1/E1 ISDN line. Share this post Link to post
