Guest Dennis Jones Report post Posted 04/14/2005 03:30 AM I am evaluating the demo version of the software and have 2 issues. First when sending a .wav file outbound nothing can be heard on the phone being called. Pressing 1 does nothing and pressing # ends the call. Second the system keeps recalling the phone no matter what script is being run. The 2 are related and my guess would be that the system is not sensing that the outbound call has been answered. All voice prompts play great and all incoming recordings work perfectly. We are using existing equipment(external serial modem) that has previously worked find with oem software to notify for received messages. Any suggestions? Also what file do I delete to stop the outgoing notifications? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/14/2005 03:55 AM Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the outgoing call, this will allow us to see what is going wrong. When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call. You can enable the automatic saving of the logs to files in \log\ directory as well. my guess would be that the system is not sensing that the outbound call has been answered. Looks like the modem is not detecting the DTMF tones well when playing a sound file. We'd recommend just getting a Dialogic card. Also what file do I delete to stop the outgoing notifications? Re-record TsfrAskAccept.wav souind file with silence. Do not delete the file. Share this post Link to post
