Guest Tomcatt Report post Posted 04/19/2005 09:39 PM I am unable to change the recording maximum to more than 60 seconds. I have read the messages posted at this forum and have tried the remedies to no avail. I am using VG 5.2.3018. I have set the max length to 300 seconds but I still get cut off after 60 seconds or so. It appears that all of the settings are correct but I am only allowed about 60 seconds. I don't get the "maximum record time reached" message and the Voice mail manager shows the message as being 1:27 but in actuality it is only about 60 seconds. Any help would be appreciated. (I have attached the trace log.) vgTraceLog.txt Share this post Link to post

Guest Tomcatt Report post Posted 04/20/2005 09:41 PM I deleted the wav file but I have made another. I tried to upload it but receive an error that I "cannot uppload this type of file" when posting this message. I have included the trace log. Is there some way I can upload the wav file, say, in a zip format? I play the files using voice guide but have also played them using Winamp and it is only about 60 seconds long. vgTraceLog.txt Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/21/2005 07:52 AM upload the wav file, say, in a zip format? Yes. .ZIP up and upload. not too sure why board software refuses .WAV files... I was also just told we need the MMDDtw.txt log extract covering the recording - please provide that trace as well. Share this post Link to post
Guest Tomcatt Report post Posted 04/21/2005 09:26 PM Where can I find MMDDtw.txt? I have attached the wav file in a zip format. 0003_0420162901_1_0_6127897346_.zip Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/21/2005 09:44 PM MMDDtw.txt can be found in VG's \log\ subdirectory. MMDD stands for Month and Day. Share this post Link to post
