Guest hsndrake Report post Posted 04/20/2005 05:50 PM I'm not sure if this is possible through a "Call Recording" or even through a Voicemail configuration feature, but let's say that a client wishes to record their script (just to be autodialed and delivered) from a remote location instead of at the terminal running the VoiceGuide software. Could they "call in" to the system, be prompted to read their script, and then have VoiceGuide save the audio file on the terminal so that the on-site user can use that script as the broadcasted message? It seems as though this should be possible but I'm not sure if I'm misinterpreting the function of the call recording or voicemail modules. Thanks. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/20/2005 09:29 PM Sounds like simple message delivery. It can be easily done and also the inbuilt Voicemail system already supports this - voicemailboxes have a "forward to another phone" option already. Share this post Link to post
