Third Ring Not Detected

O/S = Windows XP, Service Pack 1

Voice Modem = Intel® 537EP V9x DFV PCI Modem

 

Probelm Description:

 

The caller hears two rings fine and then there just the silence.

Using VG "Hangup call" (hit the button) and call again. Once

again caller hears two rings and then there's silence.

 

VG State shows "Waiting for a call"

VG Event Trace Log shows the following:

The same machine with the same modem has worked in the past.

Don't know why the modem is not working...

The modem drivers only report first two rings and that's it...
