Guest Patrick Wampach Report post Posted 04/22/2005 08:59 AM Hi there, I need to build a multi-lingual IVR system (english, french, german), where the caller dynamically selects the language. The Speak Number module provided only speaks english, so I would need to interface it to a SAPI 5.01 3-party TTS. IS this possible, and if, how? Also, how would I need to configure a server supporting 32 channels Dialogic board (CPU, mem)? Thanks for your help and support, Patrick primesphere.com Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/22/2005 09:21 AM It is possible. Use AT&T Natural Voices TTS engines - you can dynamically switch language in them using in-text tags. Also, how would I need to configure a server supporting 32 channels Dialogic board (CPU, mem)? 32 analog channels? or do you mean an E1 (30 channels) Either way, a 2GHz Pentium with about 512MB RAM is fine.
