SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/29/2005 09:04 PM Are you sure you don't have any old entries in the OutDialQue database? We do not find any such problems with outbound dialing on our test server. Which version of vgmulti.exe are you using? Probably best for you to delete the OutDialQue.mdb database from VG's \data\ subdirectory and then just schedule a call to one number and observe behavior.. If problems persist please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going on. When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call. The logs are saved in \log\ directory as well. Share this post Link to post
