Guest Simon Luttrell Report post Posted 05/02/2005 01:41 PM Not sure if Voiceguide can do the following: I want to offer a service where a customer can call my modem number, but the modem does not answer (so no call-cost to the customer). The Voice-guide application will then call the customer's number and 'walk' them through a menu system (press 1 for etc etc), and then play back various pre-recorded messages, according to their selection. SupportTeam Report post Posted 05/02/2005 10:15 PM Use the "Start script without answering the call" feature, and in your script queue the call to be made then 'hangup' to stop the script.
