Guest Randy Report post Posted 05/03/2005 05:06 PM I have a D/4PCIU board with default configuration. I have one module in my voice guide script right now to test transferring. Voiceguide picks up the call and attempts to make the transfer, but the number its dialing never rings. The module is setup to do an anounced transfer. My D/4PCIU is plugged into an extension on my PBX, it I plug a phone in, hit flash, dial 9,#, then it works. If I dial that extension from another phone, answer the extension, hit flash, dial 9,# It transfers the call successfully. What setting could I be missing in my configuration that makes this not work. I had this working before and had to wipe the box and reload everything, now its not working. The only difference with this configuration is I do not have the SR 5.11 Feature Pack installed. I only have the base 5.11 software with the D/4PCIU addon support. Here is the log file. 123539.44 0 ApiMode=[TAPI] 123539.91 0 Tapi device 9 is: Analog Line 4(dxxxB1C4) 123539.91 0 Tapi device 8 is: Analog Line 3(dxxxB1C3) 123539.93 0 Tapi device 7 is: Analog Line 2(dxxxB1C2) 123539.93 0 Tapi device 6 is: Analog Line 1(dxxxB1C1) 123539.93 0 Tapi device 5 is: H323 Line 123539.93 0 Tapi device 4 is: IPCONF LINE 123539.93 0 Tapi device 3 is: LPT1T 123539.93 0 Tapi device 2 is: WAN Miniport (L2TP) 123539.93 0 Tapi device 1 is: RAS VPN Line 0 123539.93 0 Tapi device 0 is: RAS PPPoE Line0000 123541.14 0 init vgmulti ver 5.2.3018 123541.39 0 Inband Signaling Config file not specified 123541.46 0 Loading VMB data begin 123541.47 0 Loading VMB data - SupportTeam Report post Posted 05/03/2005 08:55 PM I had this working before and had to wipe the box and reload everything, now its not working. Do you remember if the setting changes before were made in the VoiceGuide PBX Config screen, in the Dialogic TSP config, or whether it was in the script itself? I notice that you are specifying the telephone number as 9,5952282 already. Have you tried specifying ,9,5952282 (add a comma at the beginning) Maybe the hookflash length setting is wrong - have you changed the hookflash length setting as per instructions here: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/html/Dial...llTransfers.htm ? Try just using Play modules first to issue the hookflashes and dial digits - you can then see exactly what is dialed by the system. Use Timeout paths between modules to implement the pauses. jacksors Report post Posted 05/04/2005 01:56 PM I needed Intel Dialogic SP1 installed to fix the problem. Now it is giving me a "Wave Driver not installed" message. I followed the directions exactly for setting up the driver. I've found that if I reboot and open VG it works. But then if I close VG and reopen, it gives me that error again. Every time I close VG I have to reboot. Any ideas? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 05/04/2005 10:21 PM Option 1: Try removing all the wave drives on your system (including any sound card drivers) and then re-installing the wave drivers for your telephony device first. Try calling in after doing this, and if the sound can be heard over the phone you can then try to re-install your sound card drivers. To remove other wave drivers got to Control Panel, double clock on System, select the Device Manager tab and go to Sound/Video/Game Controllers entry - then delete all other wave drivers. You may have to disable the sound card altogether as well to stop Windows from automatically loading it's drivers - to do this just select "Disable" and then select "Uninstall" from the Device Manager. Option 2: Download and use "VoiceGudie for Dialoigc" patch. That version does not use Wave drivers. Share this post Link to post
