Guest Keith Corbett Report post Posted 05/05/2005 09:59 AM We run Voiceguide v5.2.1005 on Windows 2000 and are experiencing intermittant crashes, which I'm trying to diagnose. The problem is when I turn on logging with the following in Vg.ini : [TraceLog] ;LogDebugToFile: 0=do not log, 1=always log to file c:\VoiceGuideLogMMDD.txt LogToFile=1 ;TraceLevel : only messages at that trace level or lower will be printed. (max trace level setting is 10) TraceLevel=10 then restart Voiceguide, I get no output file at either c:\VoiceGuideLogMMDD.txt or C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\log\.... Can you please explain what to do to turn logging on. Share this post Link to post
