Message Played After Anouced Transfer

I had VG temporarily working, until I kept receiving a "Wave driver not installed" error message. My script would make announced transfer calls and directly connect the two calls with out playing a message asking the recipient to accept the call.

 

I then formatted and reinstalled. Now when my script(same script) transfers a call, it asks the recipient to accept the call by pressing one.

 

I used the same options to install VG (Dialogic card analog), is there some configuration change or something else with the Dialogic software installation that could have prompted this change?

Have you installed the "VG for Dialogic" patch?

The thing is I never installed this before. That patch says you need that Standard TAPI version installed. I have always installed the Dialogic Analog card version. So I have not installed that yet.
