Using Dialogic Card

I added the on {BUSY} and on {NOTANSWERED} values to my announced transfer box, but when the number that is dialed is busy, VG simply ends the call and the caller is still connected but nothing happens.

 

I installed VG using te Analog Dialogic card option. I do not want to have to apply the Patch for Dialogic patch because once I do, VG no longer dials out on my system.

 

Is there anything else I can do to make VG interpret a busy signal. Can I modify my Dialogic TSP settings? Change something in my PBX.

 

Also, is there another way, besides applying the patch, to remove the "Press 1 to accept the call" on announced transfers. Can I modify my Dialogic TSP settings?
