aryvilhena Report post Posted 05/11/2005 12:43 PM We have a ISDN PRI instaled with CRC4 on and protocol Q931 on the company side. We tested the board signaling and foud out that CRC4 was off and we did not found the Q 931 protocl neither ... We have instaled the version 51.1. of the pack and the Global call latest version. Before we run the Voice Guide, we need to receive an ok from the carrier that the lines are aligned and working. How can we find out the correct protocol to use in Brazil with ISDN lines, and how can we configure it on the dialogic D/300 board. Second, do I have to set the protocol on the modens option of the dialogic board using Control Panel of the Windows and give the lines an especific protocol?? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 05/11/2005 01:02 PM The ISDN protocol needs to be set in the Dialogic DCM. The use ISDIAG tool from Dialogic to confirm that the board can answer calls sent on the PRI. Once ISDIAG can answer calls you can then just start using "VG for Dialogic" to answer calls. You may need to speak with your local Dialogic distributor to confirm which protocol you should be selecting on the lines which you are using. They usually have a better knowledge of what protocol selections are needed on the local ISDN lines for the Dialogic card to work with them. Share this post Link to post
