However, when I call into the script, the text in the "Text to Speak" box doesn't playback to the caller. I'm using a D/4PCIUF card, Win XP, and system 5.11 release FP1 with the Dialogic patch installed. I call the IVR, it answers and nothing else happens. SupportTeam Report post Posted 05/12/2005 11:22 PM It looks like the TTS is not generating any sound. Best to probably try re-installing the TTS. Which TTS are you using? rleflore Report post Posted 05/13/2005 02:42 PM I'm using the standard Microsoft SAPI 5. Is there some configuration that has to be done to make it work with VG? I'm only using it until I get the ATT natural voices. I assumed that once I installed the SAPI 5 for Microsoft that it would work. What else is needed? Does the VG recognize that the TTS is installed automatically? Share this post Link to post
