Dialogic D/300sc-e1

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I´m trying tu run Voice Guide with a Intel Dialogic D/300SC-E1. I had some problems to adjust the board to the isdn protocols, but now I have the follow problem: It works on isdiag.exe.

when I start "isdiag 1 1 e s v", the isdiag loads 30 channels. It makes and receives calls and everything works. But when I try to make or receive calls on windows (even with the dialogic sample softwares), I got some errors.

The TAPI (Talker32.exe) freezes, and the Asynchronous Callback says: "Channel 1: Cannot set SIGINS fot dtiB1T1".

What can I do?

For T1/E1 ISDN system you need to use "VoiceGuide for Dialogic".

See our WWW downloads page.

We have triyed your sugestion, but we still have problems.

When we try to run the talker 32 we get the message error that follows:

Cannot set signis for dtiB1T1 ***

I am wondereing if the D/300 sc ISA should be configured as dti boards.

Can you help us?? Voice Guide openned but doesn't start the channels.

I have D/300SC-E1 installed on win 2k machine with 2.3 ghz, RAM=256Mb, HDD=20Gb.

I installed all the latest upgrade and updates. I'm at SP5.1.1, and 5.1.1 for the Dialogic software. I installed all the wave drivers and Tapi with no problems.

I can start the dialogic card by using the utility, but I can't test the card with TAPI.exe. The programs opens 3, sometimes 4 ports and the hangs. Same deal with VG. I assigned port 1 to a script through the configuration utility, then VG hangs when starts.

Dialogic's Talker32.exe sample application starts, but it hangs. First it warns that it can only support upto 40 lines. Then tries to open line by line and basically jangs on about second, sometimes 3-d line that it opens. The whole application freezes.

Sometimes we get the information "cannot set SIGNIS for dtib1t1" and We are wondering if there may be any conflict with the motherboard.

We have also installed VG 6.0 fo dialogic and the VG doesn't recognize the channels

Could you help us??

Do not use Talker32 - it will not work on E1 ISDN channels.

If ISDIAG works then your Dialogic card & drivers setup is OK.

No need to install TAPI&Wave drivers - you will not use them on E1 ISDN systems.

We have also installed VG 6.0 fo dialogic and the VG doesn't recognize the channels

Have you set up the Config.xml file properly?

Please post your Config.xml file from VG's \data\ subdirectory.

Please post a screenshot of what you see when you start VG.

We tryed earlier today using a sample from you forum.

VG started the software and the lines showed "wating for call" but we got busy signals. So, it did not worked.

Is there a specific config for CTR4 protocol (which we are using)

Please post your Config.xml file from VG's \data\ subdirectory.

Also, could you please enable logging by making these changes to VG.INI file:

In section [Log] set entries VoiceGuide and TapiWrapOcx to 8 :

[Log]

;Automated "log-to-file" logging.

;To turn OFF logging for a particular application set it's entry to 0

;To turn ON all logging for a particular application set it's entry to 10

;all log files are saved in VoiceGuide's \log\ subdirectory

;log files are names as following:

;VoiceGuide: MMDDvgm.txt

;NumberLoader: MMDDtnl.txt

;EmailSender: MMSSes.txt

;TapiWrapOcx: MMDDtw.txt

;SapiWrapOcx: MMDDsw.txt

VoiceGuide=8

NumberLoader=0

VoicemailManager=0

EmailSender=0

TapiWrapOcx=8

SapiWrapOcx=0

Then start VG, make an incoming call and then stop VG.

Please post the MMDDvgm.txt and MMDDtw.txt traces from VG's \log\ subdirectory.

How many channels are enabled on your E1?

How many of the E1's lines are you opening within VG?

Do you know on which channel the incoming call will arrive? Is it always channel 1 or does the incoming call jump around arriving on different channel every time?

Sounds like you are using an evaluation version of VG which only allow you to open 4 channels, correct?

Which country are you in?
