Callerid

I am trying to test callerID feature with VG 4.9.0 using D/4PCI in Win2K pro. The setup works with my demo script. When I test callerID is seems not working. I click on the line config the popup callerID details and it displays nothing. I check on the event log and it seems no callerId data too. When I put back the CallerID device provided by my phone company and try to ring the line, caller phone is display on that unit. Is there any special steps that I need to config on VG and dialogic to make this work?

You will need to configure the Dialogic card to have it correctly detect the Caller ID sent by your phone company - you will need to speak to your local Intel/Dialogic rep to find out what settings and parameter files you should be using with the card in your country/location.
