Script Running But Not On The Phone

I'm using the Intel dialogic card with 4 lines, i've first tested the script with only one line and it was working but now when i've switched to 4 lines it doesn't work.

It shows on the trace that it answers and plays the files but the phone keeps ringing as if there's no answer.

If the phone company's switch or PBX does not detect that the Dialogic card has answered the call then either that port on the Switch/PBX is fault or the line interface circuitry on the Dialogic card is faulty on that port...

 

It's like picking up the handset on your phone after it rings, but the caller keeps on hearing the ringing - either the Switch/PBX is faulty or the phone is...

Well i've change everything back to what it was with only one analog line and i still have the same problem.

Do you have any other idea why this happens? do i have to re-install the voice drivers?

Re-installing voice drivers probably will not do much, this is a hardware level problem.

 

Have you tried using any of the demo software which came with the card, like Talker32 or Voice Horoscope, and seeing what results you get when using those apps?
