Error 5.2.3063 Runmodule 1510 70:permission Denied

Hello,

 

I am playing list of selections one by one and asking user to enter a number to select that selection or press # to move to next selection. User can press the number or # any time in between.

 

 

When we are pressing the # some time it gives this error.

 

"ERROR 5.2.3063 RunModule 1510 70:Permission denied"

 

I have some play module where I am playing wave file and TTS together.

 

What exactly can be the problem for this. I am attaching event log for your reference.

At the time when this error occurs do you perhaps have any of VG's working files open in some editor?

 

In particular file "\system\vbs\lib_num2wav.vbs" and/or files in VG's \data\ subdirectory?

 

The error indicates the VG cannot open on of it's own data files that otherwise it would expect to be able to open and use...

To see exactly where the problem lies please update your system to v5.2.4 then place attached .EXE in VG's directory, overwriting previous file.

 

The run VG till the error occurs and then the trace should tell us exactly at what stage error occurred.
