Guest alok@siplnet.com Report post Posted 05/29/2005 02:14 AM Hello we have VG for dialogic. We just loaded VG 5.2.4 and VG for Dialogic 6.0.2000. Now we are facing following problems: Caller ID is not getting identified. Previous wav file stored in 8 bit 11 khz is playing slow. In the previous installation we use to get Analog lines showing in VG screen. This time it is bit different so I attached the screen shot for this. This was not the issue with VG 5.2.3. Guest alok@siplnet.com Report post Posted 05/29/2005 02:43 AM Hello, We are confuse. What is the difference between VG screen showing Analog and dxxB1C1. We have four analog line attached to 4 port. And after current upgrade to 5.2.4 and VG dialogic for 6.0.2 CID is not getting identified. We have lots of script based on that and in bad shape at this moment. Screen shot of current is loaded for reference. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 05/29/2005 03:40 AM You've posted overlapping questions in multiple threads. We've merged these threads into one to better keep track of what is happening with your system In answer to your questions: Now all our previous wave files are playing slow. Not sure is there any change in wav format for dialogic? From the readme.txt file in the "VG for Dialogic" patch: All sound files used with this system should be in following format: "PCM 8kHz 8bit Mono". Caller ID is not getting identified. Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures an incoming call. Do you have any traces from the TAPI version of VG which shows incoming call and the CallerID associated with it? The Caller ID detection should work the same in both versions. If you are finding that CallerID works in v5.2.4 but not in v6.0 then please find out from your phone company in what format the CallerID is sent by them. In the previous installation we use to get Analog lines showing in VG screen. This time it is bit different so I attached the screen shot for this. The description of the individual lines is displayed a bit different in VG For Dialogic. Share this post Link to post
Guest alok@siplnet.com Report post Posted 05/29/2005 04:04 AM I am not sure what you want me to ask the phone company. In previous version 5.2.3 it was working fine. We have following things: Card : D/41JCT with setting on VG as Analog. VG ver: First upgarded to 5.2.4 then replaced with 6.0.2000 (VG for dialogic) I have also attached the log file in this thread for your reference. If you see in this log files we are getting multiple errors: Say number can not start vbscript. When we do nested looping script hangs and we can not proceed further. log.zip Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 05/29/2005 05:10 AM I am not sure what you want me to ask the phone company. In previous version 5.2.3 it was working fine. Just in what format the Caller ID is sent... and when it is sent... In previous version 5.2.3 it was working fine. And does it work in v5.2.4? Do you have any traces which shows incoming call and the CallerID info being picked up by the Dialogic card? Say number can not start vbscript. I see you've started another thread on that here: http://voiceguide.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=2885 and that the answer was post there already... To avoid confusion you may want to use one thread for all your questions... When we do nested looping script hangs and we can not proceed further. Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures this... Share this post Link to post
