Question Regarding Voice Guide And Boards

Hi, i am trying to figure out which boards would i need together with the voiceguide software if i want to make a the following services

 

Chat Box

 

Groups of people chating and a operater who can terminate calls

 

Voice mail box with dial out capabilities to call a client and connect to call received on other port.
