Hi,

 

I'm using a D/41ESC (Intel Dialogic) and I can't get the $RV_CIDNUMBER. I thought there was some problem with the Telephony Company, but I tried using a Caller Identifier and it works fine. I have tried to change my Call Parameters in Control Panel -> Modem -> Advanced, but it still doesn't work.

 

Am I missing something?

In what format does you phone company send the CallerID information?

The Telephony Company sends the Caller Number in DTMF tones, before the call is answered. I'm using a local telephony company in Brazil.
