Guest Guest_Renato Report post Posted 06/02/2005 01:51 PM Hi, I'm using a D/41ESC (Intel Dialogic) with a License to 4 lines. I'd like to install another D/41ESC and upgrade my License to 8 lines. However, I have two problems: 1) I installed the another board on my computer, but the DCM doesn't detect it. Actually, DCM detected my new board, but my first board stops working. How can I use the 2 boards? 2) Does my Unique Number change when I install another Dialogic? After the registration, I can't get the Unique Number no Help Menu. It just shows "4 lines cense. Registered to XXXX". How can I get the Unique Number to ask my License upgrade? Thanks. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/02/2005 01:57 PM 1). D/41ESC cards need to be connected together with a SC-Bus cable - have you done this? Have you set the 'board selector' switch on the spine of each card to be different? 2) Does my Unique Number change when I install another Dialogic? No. As long as your original card remains the "first" card. How can I get the Unique Number to ask my License upgrade? If the software is registering the Unique ID is the same as before. Looking your registration email, or just say in Comments field when ordering that you have an existing license and we'll look it up on our records. Share this post Link to post
