Guest Atif Report post Posted 06/09/2005 06:23 AM Hi all, I m using Intel Dialogic Card D4PCIU with Intel P-IV Processor and also Intel's board. but Dialogic is not detected. First I installed SR6.0 its DCM successfully detects the board automatically but its Tapi drivers and wave drivers are not installed with it i dont know why? so this is why any IVR S/w like voice guard is not detecting it. AFter that i installed SR5.1.1 but now DCM is not detecting the board and not intalling the proper driver for the board n show wrong name of board.. I also heard from this site that Dialgic works properly with Dell and Compaq systems is it right.. plz help Thanks in Advance Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/09/2005 11:15 PM With SR6 you will have to use 'VoiceGuide for Dialogic". Please see our Downloads page. With "VG for Dialogic" there is no need to install TAPI/Wave drivers. Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/11/2005 11:49 PM Did you copy libexpat.dll into Windows' System32 directory? Which version of Windows and Service Pack are you running? Any chance of us being able to look at this system using PcAnywhere or WinVNC ? Share this post Link to post
