Guest enadhazeem Report post Posted 06/09/2005 06:31 AM I am using a voice modem for testing. The voice modem I used is an HSP56. VoiceGuide seems to recognize it OK but for some reason it cannot detect incoming calls. I tried to use the modem to answer incoming data calls, it won't work either. It will, however, initial data calls OK. I tried other modems, they, too, failed to answer incoming calls. Any idea as to what seems the problem. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/09/2005 07:33 AM Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the incoming call, this will allow us to see what is happening. When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call. You can enable the automatic saving of the logs to files in \log\ directory as well. Share this post Link to post
Guest enadhazeem Report post Posted 06/10/2005 08:44 AM I did that already. Nothing. It is acting as if the ring voltage is not at a level where neither the modem nor VG can detect it. But this is not the case. Because when I replace the modem with another one from SmartLink, for example, it detects an incoming call just fine. Share this post Link to post
