Guest sirrom Report post Posted 06/09/2005 06:33 PM I have configured a test envirement with a Intel Dialogic Proline 2V card. All seemed to work fine, till I noticed that when I call with Mobile phone (GSM) the DTMF tones are not recognized. I tried some ohter mobile phones but still no recogition. With normal phones there is no problem. Is there any sollution to this problem? I think the Dialogic card created the problem but I really do not know how to check it. SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/09/2005 11:39 PM Some (few) mobile phone networks have poor sound quality to the point where the DTMF tones are so distorted that they are then not recognized... Have you tried testing with Voice Horoscope demo app from Dialogic? If that app does not recognize DTMF as well (results with Voice Horoscope and VG should be the same) then you have a case for going to the local Dialogic distributor directly and asking them to explain why the DTMF tones are not detected.
