The problem my vg program has with lingo line is, it don’t not detect the disconnect tone. I don’t have this problem with regular line from SBC. Can you tell me how can I find lingo disconnect tone or frequency that I can setup my dialogic card to detect the tone? by the way I have setup my dilogic card per your reference at http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/html/Disc...ctionDetect.htm but it didn't help at all. This is very important for me because my telephone line stay buy when my customer will hang up on my vg program. Thanks for your help. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/13/2005 01:04 AM I am using Lingo line to develop my vg program Lingo as in the VoIP provider: http://www.lingo.com/ ? Can you tell me how can I find lingo disconnect tone or frequency that I can setup my dialogic card to detect the tone? Just start a record module and then hangup the call - the disconnect tone will then be recorded by the record module. You can then analyze tone characteristics (frequency/cadence).
