Guest AlaskaVanBuren Report post Posted 06/13/2005 04:09 AM Hello, I have recently purchased a Dialogic D/41ESC card to go with this software. Please keep in mind that I have zero knowledge of telephony systems, Dialogic boards and VoiceGuide. Having said that...I will be using the D/41ESC card in an XP system along with (most likely) the Personal version of VoiceGuide. Is there any advantage for me to get the Dialogic System Release 6.0 software upgrade or SRSR 6+? If there is, what will it do to enhance my D/41ESC / VoiceGuide package? Also, if I download and configure the VoiceGuide demo, can I keep the modules in place when I finally purchase the software and install it so as not to have to reconfigure them? I am a little unnerved about designing and configuring the system. It appears to be complicated to the untrained eye. Where can I see exactly what is included in the personal version of VoiceGuide (as well as the other versions) so that I may make an informed decision as to which will best suit my needs? Thank you very much, Alaska Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/13/2005 07:12 AM No need to use SR6.0 - just use the SR5.1.1 + SP1 drivers. No need to reconfig the software after you buy - you will just get a registration code which will enable you to run the installed version without limitations.
