Error: Db Execute: 6,overflow

Please can you tell me why I am getting the above message, and what it means. The script that it came from is as follows (this program has been running for approximately 1yr now, and I have not had this problem before)

 

60969 5 [updateDrugIssueToStudy_ACTORDS] DB Query

60985 5 Jet mode used (To use ODBC mode specify ODBC Connect string)

61079 5 RVreplace start: [uPDATE tbl_StudyNumber SET DrugIss =$RV[GetPackNo_2_1] WHERE StudyID='$RV[GetStudyId_1_1]']

61141 5 RVreplace end: [uPDATE tbl_StudyNumber SET DrugIss =41504 WHERE StudyID=400320]

61141 5 About to execute Action Query

61157 5 ERROR: DB Execute: 6,Overflow

61172 5 Hanging up call...

Which version of VoiceGuide are you using?

Can you post the MS Access database that is used so that we can try to reproduce the problem?
