Guest Phil Report post Posted 06/16/2005 08:53 AM Hi all, First of all my appologies for being a total dummy in IVR and technical stuff. I'm just a hobbyist So here's my probably stupid question: I would like to test the voiceguide IVR soft on my PC (I have one with windows 2000 pro and one with windows XP Pro). My target is to create a small IVR application and see if it is feasable and if it works well. My problem...: I would like to use a GSM modem to call in, but which modem best fits my requirements? I need to have a modem capable to handle voice, data, SMS, DTMF recognition and caller Identification (log the phone number of the caller). I will use it on a standard GSM network. The caller can be in any country... I looked to some product of Wavecom (WMOD2B, Fastrack M1306B ?) but I'm not sure it would work with voiceguide. Maybe you know some good product? (PS I live in Belgium...) Can anybody give me some starters help? Thanks a LOT! Phil Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/16/2005 02:03 PM Sorry don't keep track of what (GSM or not) modems have what features... You can use a Cellular Terminals to use GSM line and just attach it to a standard voice modem or a Dialogic card. eg: http://www.ericsson.com/products/hp/Fixed_...minals_pa.shtml Share this post Link to post
