SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/16/2005 02:05 PM Are you using the SR5.1.1 Service Pack 1? In ocassions calls are drop in the middle of a prompt. PRoblem is resolved resetting (only) the PC server. Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what happened. When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call. You can enable the automatic saving of the logs to files in \log\ directory as well. In what state are the ports when you consider them 'Hung'? Is something unexpected shown on the screen or is there some other indication? Please post a screenshot if appropriate. Share this post Link to post
