Guest breezey Report post Posted 06/20/2005 01:38 AM I am new in IVR and want to build one for my company. I found that VoiceGuide is user friendly and hopefully with my skill in PHP I can write a VBScript without much difficulty. I want to inquire about the license that I need for my company. I suppose that we will use one phone line to handle calls which will be about 100 calls a day as a start. I have asked few people and they all recommend Intel Dialogic D/4PCI. My question is: Does the number of lines in VG licenses indicate the number of phone lines to be used? With our need (about 100 calls a day), is it possible to use only one line license? Thank you. With our need (about 100 calls a day), is it possible to use only one line license? Depends on how long an average call lasts... Usually at last 2 lines would be used at these loads to make sure that callers rarely get a busy signal. The Dialogic D/4PCIU can handle 4 lines. Share this post Link to post
