New Problem Regarding Vg 4 Dialogic

Hi,

 

I've installed VG 4 Dialogic software, but I got a very big problem, the problem is:

 

Every time I click start dialing button in Telephone Numbers Loader (v5.2.1001), the error dialog shows up (see the attachment). I've downloaded all updates from microsoft, it's still there.

 

Do you guys have any suggestions about that?

Place attached .exe an VoiceGuide's directory overwriting previous file.

That problem solved.

 

But there is another same kind of problem:

 

The error dialog window pop up after I close VG 4 Dialogic software (see attached image), could you tell us why and how to solve this problem?
