Voicemail Not Returning To Script

I just registered my VoiceGuide software and I've got my first script running!

 

I am having a problem with leaving a voicemail message and returning to a script module. In a Play module, I have the following paths:

 

on {0} goto [Goodbye]

on {1} goto [Get CIN]

on {2} goto [Voicemail Box 0001] return [Gold Choice Phone]

 

When I press 2, I get the "Please record your message" prompt from the voicemail system as expected. When I press 0 at the end of my message, the call hangs up, instead of returning to the [Gold Choice Phone] module.

 

Am I doing something wrong, or is this a voicemail issue? If I press 1 to end my message instead of 0, I get a menu which gives options for 1,2, or 3, but no exit choice.

 

I have attached a ZIP file with the four log files generated during a call.

Please help me sort this out!
