Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what happened. When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call. You can enable the automatic saving of the logs to files in \log\ directory as well. Share this post Link to post
ramsey Report post Posted 07/09/2005 05:45 PM When i press the * key i get the prompts to enter mail box number, when I enetr the mail box Number, i get the prompt to enter the pin after enetring pin there is no other prompts just silence. I recorede messages in the Box which I can listen to or email out. So there is messages I just cant recieve then via the messages retrieve function, when i dial in. I trying using the numbers in the PDF file to access but no success. I will send log in next correspondence Share this post Link to post

This is the part of the voicemail system which tries to count how many messages are left in the voicemail box. Have you modified the Voicemail scripts in any way? ramsey Report post Posted 07/23/2005 07:32 PM Ok I have notice an issue with the recived menu now that I have been using it for 1 week now. When ever i restart the computer or computer accidentally shut down due to power loss and program was running. I can no longer retreive my messages or change pin. As a matter of fact the same problem as before reoccurs. I have to reinstall voice guide to resolve issue. ANyt ideas how i can mitigate this as it is a reall problem for my bussiness with parties losing there messages. Share this post Link to post
