Guest Geoff Report post Posted 07/13/2005 01:02 AM I see that the Dialogic card D/160SC-LS is recommended for VoiceGuide. Do you know if it works with WinXP? WinXp is not mentioned on the Intel site. Is this the only 16-line analogue card recommended? Isn't ISA an old standard? Thanks Geoff Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 07/13/2005 03:56 AM There is a 16 port DMV card as well (analog). see: http://www.intel.com/network/csp/products/8134web.htm Any Dialogic card will work fine under WinXP. Share this post Link to post
Guest Geoff Report post Posted 07/14/2005 11:52 PM I am leaning towards a d160scls due to the price for a 16-line card. I notice there is a Rev 2 and Rev 3 version. 1. Can this card run in a system with other Dialogic PCI cards (WinXP)? 2. Do you recommend this card, and if so, what version? Thanks for your help. With so many Dialogic cards and variations on each card, choosing the right one has been very difficult. Thanks again, Geoff Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 07/14/2005 11:57 PM 1. Can this card run in a system with other Dialogic PCI cards (WinXP)? Yes. 2. Do you recommend this card, and if so, what version? VoiceGuide will work with this card. Either revision is fine. If you have a choice go for the newer one... Share this post Link to post
Guest Mahsa Report post Posted 04/10/2006 07:44 AM Does Caller ID works on D/160SC LS Rev.3 or Rev.2 Boards in voice guide ( ZTE or Simense Swich )? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/10/2006 08:06 AM Yes. VoiceGuide can retrieve Caller ID received by all Dialogic cards. Caller ID information will of course need to be sent by the telephone company (or PBX) in the first place, and it needs to be sent in format expected by the Dialogic card. Contact your local Dialogic supplier if you would like to confirm whether Caller ID from a particular telephone company is correctly received by the Dialogic cards. Share this post Link to post
