Detecting Busy/ring/pickup

I use a dialogic d4/PCI card. Indian edition.

 

when we dial out the number, it doesn't wait for anything, it simply plays the message without checking wether the network is busy, the number is busy, the phone is ringing or it has been picked up.

 

It simply detects answering machine and starts playing the message

 

how do i counter this.

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the outgoing call, this will allow us to see what is happening.

 

When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call. You can enable the automatic saving of the logs to files in \log\ directory as well.
