Guest ryan Report post Posted 06/02/2003 06:34 AM I have VG 4.8.45, Dialogic 4PCI and have a call transfer feature enabled by the telco which works this way: flash dial number on connect flash to disconnect What's happening is that when I try the different option of the transfer module is that the 3rd line will only ring once and that's it. It need to ring until answered then flash must occur (to disconnect VG form party 1 and party 3). thanks Ryan Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/02/2003 06:42 AM Sounds like the script is now performing a blind transfer, ie: flash dial number hangup What you should do is use "announced transfer" and specify "!" in the "Complete announced call transfer" field. You will then get: flash dial number wait for person answering transfer to accept transfer by pressing “1” flash hangup Use menu Edit - > PBX Command Strings to specify "!" in the "Complete announced call transfer" field.
