SupportTeam Report post Posted 07/23/2005 10:52 PM If the line status says "waiting for call" then this means that VoiceGuide has received confirmation from the Dialogic card that it has hung up the call. Why do you say that the call was not hung up? Share this post Link to post
ktruk Report post Posted 07/24/2005 11:29 AM Redialling the line several times gave an engaged signal. I had to unplug the jack to get the line dropped. This may be a glitch - if I get a little time, I will retest this and let you know if the probem reoccurs. Thx. Share this post Link to post
