Transfer Problems

Hi

 

I still have problems transferring calls with voiceguide,

Have a D4PCI card with 3 lines concected

I just want to do a blind or announced transfer with voiceguide

 

When I make a call to this PBX I can answer it and tranfer it to an internal line with the

Flash 2 keys to transfer it to the other phone connected to line 2

 

When I try this with voiceguide I will try and transfer but won;t transfer to the other line, in fact

doing an announced transfer I will hear the press 1 etc message on the same line.

I can hear voiceguide trying to call (I hear the DTMF tone)

 

The hookflash is set to 110ms (needs to be this on my pbx)

 

I included the log file

 

can you please help me, trying long time to transfer but voiceguide won;t do it?

If the original caller can hear the "..press 1.. " message that means that the PBX has not detected the hookflash - this usually means that the hookflash was too short. Can you try increasing the hookflash length in stages of around 10ms at a time and trying the transfer each time?

(You will need to restart the Dialogic service using the Dialogic Configuration Manager after each change to hookflash length setting in order for the new setting to be read in and accepted...)
