Call Disconnect

I am using VG for Dialogic. When I transfer the call, it gets disconnected during the first few minutes, I do not know what causes it to disconnect.

More then likely your disconnect tone definition is not narrow enough and you are getting false detections of disconnect tone.

 

Please post the 'tw' trace capturing the hangup - it will show more detail of what is happening.

 

(You can enable the automatic saving of the logs to files in \log\ directory.)

Where do you find the disconnect tone definition. Please keep in mind that I am using VG for Dialogic.
