SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/05/2003 02:09 PM First of all: Windows Voice Modem Wave driver can only support sound files in the following format PCM 8000Hz, 16bit, Mono. When using Voice modems all sound files must be recorded in the above format. Dialogic Wave driver prefers sound files in the following format PCM 11025Hz, 8bit, Mono. When using a Dialogic card, all sound files should be recorded in the above format. As long as you save your sound files in the right format you can use any sound recording/editing tool out there.. You can use the Windows Sound Recorder, that's what we use most often... A good program also is a CoolEdit - see www.cooledit.com Share this post Link to post
