Guest N.M.B Report post Posted 08/15/2005 03:11 PM Hi, I’m a senior developer in a private company. My company asked me to develop a system using your software. But I have these questions: 1- The company wants the system to accept 4 lines (calls) at the same time. (Q: which license we should buy???) . 2- How we can accept the 4 lines using the PBX? 3- Do we have to buy (dialogic card | Modem) for each line. Thank you Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/15/2005 09:28 PM 1- The company wants the system to accept 4 lines (calls) at the same time. (Q: which license we should buy???) . A 4 line license. You just need to decide if you need Pro or Enterprise version and if you need Dialer. See: http://www.voiceguide.com/vgFeatures.htm 2- How we can accept the 4 lines using the PBX? Just connect 4 lines from PBX to the Dialogic card. 3- Do we have to buy (dialogic card | Modem) for each line. Various Dialogic cards accept different number of lines. eg. The D/4PCI-U card accepts 4 lines. Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/17/2005 07:30 AM The Max Phone Lines entry indicates up to how many lines per server the licenses can be purchased. The costs of different licenses are on https://secure.voiceguide.com/order_vg.htm Share this post Link to post
