Hi,

 

I’m a senior developer in a private company.

 

My company asked me to develop a system using your software.

 

But I have these questions:

 

1- The company wants the system to accept 4 lines (calls) at the same time. (Q: which license we should buy???) .

2- How we can accept the 4 lines using the PBX?

3- Do we have to buy (dialogic card | Modem) for each line.

A 4 line license. You just need to decide if you need Pro or Enterprise version and if you need Dialer. See: http://www.voiceguide.com/vgFeatures.htm

Just connect 4 lines from PBX to the Dialogic card.

3- Do we have to buy (dialogic card | Modem) for each line.

Various Dialogic cards accept different number of lines. eg. The D/4PCI-U card accepts 4 lines.

Yes. A 4 line license will handle up to a mximum of 4 lines simultaneously.

The Max Phone Lines entry indicates up to how many lines per server the licenses can be purchased.
