We are having a problem when a caller is in the middle of a script on an inbound line and a second caller tries to dial in on the same number. Instead of getting a busy signal, it seems to freeze VG on the module the 1st caller was listening to when the second call attempts to connect to that same phone line. Any suggestions on how to prevent this interruption of the calls in progress? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/18/2005 11:00 PM Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what happened. When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call. You can enable the automatic saving of the logs to files in \log\ directory as well. Share this post Link to post
